Your territory's permit feed runs a full ingestion every morning, typically 5–7 AM local time, so new permits land in your pipeline before your first coffee — on top of the leads you build from your own quotes and notes.

Permit data is public by definition. Your imported quotes, builder enrichment, and outreach drafts are scoped per-tenant — we never share dealer data across accounts.
